[woot.] I don’t get it.  Is this trying to point out vegetarians’ hypocrisy, since fruits and veggies are living things, too?  Even if we ignore all the environmental consequences of meat, it seems silly to forget that meat had actual faces, not cartoon ones (if this is indeed the argument).  Also, thanks to the most sensible commenter: “But if we eat more meat then the animals will have to eat even more veggies than if we’d just ate the veggies in the first place!! Oh noes!”
